KPD is proud to have delivered specialist joinery and stainless steel fabrication works for the Pfizer Line 3 LYO Project Laboratories, working in collaboration with Struxture and Wood.
This project required a highly considered approach to meet the strict demands of a pharmaceutical laboratory environment, where precision, durability and compliance are critical. KPD supplied and installed custom laboratory joinery throughout the facility, with extensive use of Trespa cabinetry, selected for its superior durability, chemical resistance and suitability for high-performance laboratory applications.
A key feature of the project was the design, fabrication and installation of custom 316 grade stainless steel doors and door jambs within equipment preparation areas. These elements were engineered to meet stringent hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements, ensuring long-term performance in a controlled production environment.
All joinery and fabricated components were manufactured to exacting tolerances, enabling seamless integration with laboratory services, layouts and specialist equipment.
